2024-2025 Season – Preliminary Schedule

Our 2024-2025 season started on Tuesday, September 17. We welcome new recreational dancers aged 3-17 years (age at Dec. 31) throughout the dance season (space permitting).
The safety of our dancers, their families, and our staff is very important to us. Our health and safety protocols adhere to guidelines provided by health authorities.

Class Fees: Ages 3-18 (age at December 31)

Total season tuition is calculated and pro-rated over the 9-month season (September to May) to keep monthly costs consistent. We have chosen an inclusive pricing model to minimize additional costs. Only costume fees (which dancers keep at the end of the season), a $75.00 year-end package fee, and extra showcase tickets are not included in the prices below. Competition fees, if applicable, are also an extra charge as they vary by competition and year.

• 30 minute classes: $40.00+GST monthly ($42.00 total)
• 45 minute classes: $60.00+GST monthly ($63.00 total)
• 60 minute classes: $80.00+GST monthly ($84.00 total)

Adult Class Fees: Ages 19+ (age at December 31)

Cost per session (10 classes): $140+GST ($147.00 total)
Cost per session (8 classes): $115+GST ($120.75 total)

Private Lesson Rate (All Ages)

30 minutes: $30+GST ($31.50 total)

Additional Information

• Insurance+Registration Fee: $25+GST ($26.25 total) per student for the season (all ages, including adults) . This one-time insurance/registration fee covers dancers for the season (September to May). It is a fixed fee payable prior to starting classes, regardless of start date.
• Fees for Ages 3-17 are prorated based on a minimum of 24 classes for the season. Monthly amounts are calculated by dividing the total cost for the season by 9 months to keep them consistent. Total season fees are divided into 2 payments, due in September and February (or upon registration for those who register after the season begins). Monthly payments may be possible for those taking more than one class or for families with more than 1 dancer; inquire at the studio.
• Late joiners will be required to pay the recital portion of monthly tuition installments for each month of the season they miss so that all families pay the same amount toward recital-related costs.
• We are a “drop and go” studio. Dancers are expected to attend classes without parent assistance (other than Adult & Tot classes, when offered). Exceptions might be made for our minis in the first couple of weeks. We offer Observation Days (as permitted by health guidelines) twice per season during which families can observe their dancer(s) in class and see what they have been learning.
• COVID-19 is a reality of our time. In the event of mandated closures for this or other reasons, classes may be offered online via Zoom Meeting at the same cost. Our standard 30 day cancellation policy applies. No refunds/credits will be given after 10 weeks of classes. Any refunds/credits will be processed in February & June.
• Fees for Adult classes are paid up front. Adult classes, when offered, in sessions of 10 classes each (starting in September, January, and April). No refunds or credits. Fees paid for one session cannot be carried forward to another session if classes are missed.

5% GST is included and outlined in the prices listed above.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
